The development of innovation and project formation strategy in companies

The purpose of graduation work is researching an innovation activity in telecommunication sphere, managing this process, creating new methods on the basis of foreign experience in the sphere of telecommunication companies and applying them to local companies in Uzbekistan. At the end of the work the recommendations of creating effective innovative ideas and recommendations are provided.
