Development of the program to attract investments in the ict sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Any economic activity of economic entity in the conditions of market economy succeeds only at introduction new technologies. An application modern technology is caused by existence of financial resources. At an investment of free financial resources in operating, financial and investment ctivities, on the one hand, there is a problem of the invested capital efficiency, with another – a problem of the free financial resources identification, their accumulations.
